One of the largest and most influential gender diversity events in the mining industry, the Gold Industry Group’s annual Women in Gold Great Diversity Debate explored whether corporate gender equity targets are driving performance or promoting mediocrity.
Hosted in conjunction with Women in Mining WA and sponsored by Gold Fields, The Perth Mint, Ramelius Resources and Northern Star Resources, the topical discussion was held in front of more than 300 guests on Friday 9 November at the historic Perth Mint.
