This year’s event will be a quick fire, interactive discussion on the latest issues impacting the industry, equipping attendees with a diverse range of views to stimulate ideas and evoke action.

This year we will discuss and debate how to build resilient leaders and cultures, and how to prepare our workforce and our organisations for the changes that are here now and those that are coming.

How can Australian mining companies prepare for future disruptions, be they incremental or sudden, small or catastrophic? We will discuss trends in climate science, technology, finance, and in the changing nature of work and the workforce.
