Australia’s Gruyere Gold Mine was officially opened by Western Australian Premier Mark McGowan and Minister for Mines and Petroleum Bill Johnston yesterday - set to produce 300,000 ounces of gold annually and employ 250 people.
Located 200 kilometres east of Laverton in the north-eastern Goldfields region, the Gruyere Mine is a joint venture between Gold Fields and Gold Road Resources, with Gold Fields as the mine operator and manager.
