For the first time, the Gold Industry Group's annual Women in Gold Great Diversity Debate was held in Melbourne, discussing whether a diversity debate that begins and ends with gender is doomed to fail.
Panellists Stuart Jenner, Giulia Savio, Felicia Binks and Shae Russell battled it out, at the third and final of three debates in the 2019 National Tour - with Perth held the previous week and Sydney held the previous day.
