About the Minister

The Honourable David Michael MLA was appointed a Minister of Western Australia on 8 June 2023. First elected as the Member for Balcatta in March 2017, he currently serves as Minister for Mines and Petroleum, Finance, Electoral Affairs, Goldfields-Esperance, and Leader of the House.
